Connecting to earth

How are you connecting to earth? As it’s #earthday I wanted to share some ways I connect with her. Going out to nature, to the beach, for a hike are all great ways to do it on a physical dimension. The way I use everyday is doing this practice from the video. Let me know how it feels! 🙏🌏

What are you learning?

What are you learning about yourself? About the way you are living? Take the time which we’ve been gifted to question, go in and notice. It’s not often that we are given this chance - so how are you using it? If tomorrow there’s no more electricity, no more internet - are you equipped to be? Remembering and reconnecting with our inner resources is one of the most important things we can do with these times.

One minute meditation

We all have one minute every day to connect. This is one way of doing it. Just closing the eyes, connecting with the breath as we let go of the past, our worries, stress and the future - giving ourselves the permission to be present, in the now, in our bodies.

Are we going to go back?

Are we going to go back after this? Most say no. I say yes. We are going to go way back. To the ancient ways. The ancient teachings of how to connect and be in relationship with everything - with others, nature, the earth, the heavens. Living in harmony, from our hearts. How are we going to be able to connect? How are we going to merge the ancient wisdom with modern ways?

Normal and natural

Is normal the same as natural? What are the aspects of your life that are normal for society but not natural for you? Is working from Monday to Friday natural? Using this opportunity to connect and release some of our conditioning to unearth the true you. Questioning our tendencies and behavior. What’s your natural way of being?
