During these times of uncertainty and stress it is more important than ever to look after ourselves and connect.

Join me for relaxation sessions with Tibetan Yoga practices, meditation and sound healing.

These sessions are an introduction to conscious movement and meditation.

Tapping into a gentle healing system which relieves stress, transforms negative patterns and helps us to be balanced and healthy. It increases our enjoyment and appreciation of life and heals both our bodies and minds, bringing their energies together to function smoothly and harmoniously.

Based on Tibetan teachings for living in harmony with physical and universal laws, this practice develops our ability to heal and energize our entire being. It teaches us what it means to just be.

The practice includes stillness, movement, postures, breathing exercises, self-massage and visualization.

We will finish bathing ourselves in the sounds of the Tibetan & Crystal Quartz singing bowls.

Their frequency and energy will allow you to stay in a meditative state during the session.

For cleansing, healing, aligning, & balancing the subtle body energy system; and releasing physical, emotional & mental blockages.

Have you ever been on a sound meditation?

Bathe yourself in the sounds of the Tibetan & Crystal Quartz singing bowls..

Their frequency and energy will allow you to stay in a meditative state during the session.

For cleansing, healing, aligning, & balancing the subtle body energy system; and releasing physical, emotional & mental blockages.

During these sessions you can be sitting or laying down; there is no need to do anything other than being in the room.
