Earlier presentations of Kum Nye have tended to be slow and introspective. They are well-suited to quiet, solitary practice and were designed to be done easily in the bedroom or private study. The practices in this book in contrast, point outwards; dynamic, dramatic, even occasionally a little silly, they emphasize the transformative power of yoga, and present an opportunity to make real and meaningful changes in our energy levels, our patience and tolerance, and our physical and mental flexibility.
