STOP

What would happen if we all just stopped for a week?

And I mean, stop everything.

Not going to work.

Not worrying about how we are doing things, what is needed to get done.

 

One week so we can all press RESET.

A week to look into what we are doing, how we are doing it, and most importantly why we are doing it.

 

We are so caught up in this cycle that keeps us going in auto-pilot that even if we want to, perhaps, don’t have the space and the time to stop and reassess everything.

 

What would happen if we are working at a company that makes products and we stop to think if those products are actually necessary? How are we making them? Are we doing everything we can to ensure that we are taking care of the environment?

 

Relationships - taking the time to acknowledge once more each other.

To talk, to share - whether that is with a partner, with a friend, with family…

 

What about our impact on this universe in this lifetime?

What about us? Our mental, emotional, spiritual wellbeing?

Are we taking care of ourselves?

Are we living in alignment to what we want to do with our lives, with our values? To be the change that we want to see in the world?

 

If we would just be able to stop.

And I mean, really stop.
